KTENTOWSHKETON MNOPMATSOWEN (Den-do-skit-don Nope-maht-so-when) roughly translates to “Try to live a good life” but also has an intentional meaning that it is up to you and your decisions to make a good life.

Our theme art for the next Challenge was created by 12-year old Nagmo Jackson and uses the bear to represent strength and the color yellow which, to the Potawotami Tribe, represents the good path. It takes strength to live your life with HONOR, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, COMPASSION, PERSEVERANCE & SACRIFICE. It takes courage to choose what is right over what is easy. To step outside of our comfort zone for the sake of another requires great determination. To be like the bear we must be brave and clear. The bear follows his own heart and isn't influenced by outside factors. He has the courage to face the truth and do the right thing simply because it is right.

In 2026 (and beyond), we challenge everyone that participates and / or supports the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge to live a good life!

The 2026 Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge™ started on August 2nd, at Woodstock Harley Davidson in Woodstock, IL. The route was, to say the least, a challenging surprise and one not soon forgotten!
